In June, the IICIL was pleased to learn that they received a grant of $36,000 from IDHA (Illinois Housing Development Authority). The grant is for up to eight (8)low income first time homebuyers with a disability living in Rock Island, Henry or Mercer Counties in Illinois.

The grant can help with down payment and closing costs for first time homebuyers with a disability.
